Volunteering Hour Filling Instructions for Lilly Members - Records of Volunteering Grants

2007 Volunteering Hours for ICPAI Members:

Practice: Average 4 hours group practices per week for 47 weeks on Saturdays, plus 3 additional hours for small group practices in the weekday evenings. Total 168 hours if you attended all Saturday practices. The small group hours will be added with individual's attendance rates.

Performing events: Total 11 performing events with 6 hours each plus 10 hours for Chinese New Year celebration preparation, rehearsal and performance. Total 76 hours if you participated all 12 events.

2006 Volunteering Hours for ICPAI Members:

Practices : Average 3 hours per week for total 48 weeks (Total 144 hours if you participated practice every week)

Events: 12 Performance events with average 4 hours per event (Total 48 hours if you attended every event)
