Costume Management
ICPAI-Show Group,
March 22, 2005
- All costumes and accessories need to be cleaned and
stored at ICPAI’s central locations.
- For ICPAI organized events and performances, program
leaders will get the costumes/accessories for the group players before the
event and take back to central locations after the performance.
- For non-ICPAI organized events and performances, the
costumes and accessories can be rented at $5-50 per item and $10-300 deposit
per item or set. The costumes cannot be checked out until the check is
deposited by ICPAI. All the items need to be returned in 3 days after the
event.
- Damaged or missing items will be charged using the
deposit fee.
- All ICPAI events and performances have the first
priority of using the costumes.
- All the rental decisions and damage/missing
evaluations should be made by ICPAI costume management team - Ling Liu, Yan
Yan Chen, Yuan Su, Yueru Zhang, Juan Wang, Xin Min Yue, Hong Du (Tai Chi
costumes).
