Instructions for Volunteering Hours/Grants through Lilly Hands & Hearts Program:
Please follow the instructions provided below and it should be done in 3 minutes. Otherwise you would get very frustrated with the system. You should receive this confirmation page after all the steps are completed. The Project ID should be 6328 on your confirmation page or let Xin Min know if you got a different number.

Go to website: https://www.easymatch.com/lillyvp. Enter your global ID to get a password. Choose Volunteer Programs and will bring to to Lilly Hands & Hearts website menu.
After creating your profile, click “record hours/evaluations” under “Manage My activities”(figure 1)
If the organization you are looking for does not appear on the list, please submit it for eligibility consideration by clicking here. (figure 2)
Enter "Chinese" in the organization search. (figure 3 & 4)
Choose "Indianapolis Chinese Performing Arts, Inc. (figure 5)
Enter the project "Culture & Diversity activities" and the starting and ending dates. (figure 6)
click Submit (figure 7)
Click "Request an volunteering grant" (figure 8)
You will receive a confirmation table shown "You have requested an volunteering grant for this organization".(figure 9)
